You may use the platform to generate, edit, manage, and export music content within the scope permitted by these terms.

• You must meet applicable age requirements; minors need guardian consent.
• You are responsible for account credential security and account activity.

3. Generated and Uploaded Content

• Usage rights and commercial scope follow the current plan/credits rules shown on the platform.
• You retain ownership of uploaded content while granting necessary processing rights to MusicAPISET.
• You must not upload illegal or infringing content.

4. Usage Restrictions

• No illegal use, reverse engineering, service disruption, or scraping of platform systems/data.

5. Payments and Subscription

• You may purchase credits or subscribe to Pro membership.
• Unless required by law, completed payments are generally non-refundable.
• Auto-renew subscriptions must be canceled before renewal date.

The platform may integrate third-party services such as cloud storage, payment, and analytics.

7. Intellectual Property
